TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3Dreanimation LLC

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all quotes, orders, and services

provided by 3Dreanimation ("we", "us", "our"). By accepting a quote or placing

an order, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms in full.

QUOTES

 All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise

     stated.

  Quotes are based on the specifications provided at the time of request.

     Any changes to size, material, quantity, or design after a quote has been

     issued may result in a revised quote.

  A quote does not constitute a binding contract until full payment has been

     received and confirmed.

PAYMENT

  Full payment is required upfront before any work, design, or production

     begins. Work will not commence until cleared funds are received.

  Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  Prices are quoted in USD.

3D MODELS

  3D model creation and design services are charged separately from print

     production costs. Both charges will be clearly itemized on your quote.

  Models created by 3Dreanimation LLC remain the intellectual property of

     3Dreanimation LLC unless a full model transfer fee has been agreed and paid.

  If the Client supplies their own model file(s), the Client confirms they

     hold the rights to use and reproduce that design. 3Dreanimation LLC accepts

     no liability for copyright or intellectual property infringement arising

     from Client-supplied files.

  3Dreanimation LLC reserves the right to refuse to print any design that is

     unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.

 PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND

  Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and begin from the

     date full payment is received, not the date of quote.

  Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 3Dreanimation LLC

     will not be liable for delays caused by equipment failure, material

     availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  The Client will be notified if a significant delay is anticipated.

 CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  Once payment has been received and work has commenced, orders cannot be

     cancelled and no refund will be issued.

  If a cancellation request is made before any work has begun, a refund may

     be issued at 3Dreanimation's discretion, less any administrative or

     transaction fees incurred.

  Design fees are non-refundable once the design process has started,

     regardless of whether printing has commenced.

 PRINT QUALITY & MATERIALS

  3Dreanimation will make every effort to produce prints to the highest

     achievable standard using the agreed material and settings.

 Due to the nature of FDM/resin/SLA printing,

     minor layer lines, surface variation, or color deviation may be present

     and do not constitute a defect.

  Colors may vary slightly between batches or screen representations and

     the finished print. 3Dreanimation cannot guarantee exact color matching

     unless a specific color-matched service has been agreed.

  If a print fails due to an error on our part, 3Dreanimation LLC will reprint

     the item at no additional cost. The Client must notify us of any issue

     within 2 days of receiving the order.

 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  The Client is responsible for providing accurate specifications, dimensions,

     and requirements at the time of ordering. Any errors in the information

     supplied by the Client that result in an incorrect print are the

     responsibility of the Client.

  Reprints required due to Client-supplied errors will be charged at the

     full production rate.

 LIABILITY

  3Dreanimation's liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

     We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses

     arising from the use of our products or services.

  Prints are produced for display, hobby, or prototype purposes unless

     otherwise agreed in writing. 3Dreanimation accepts no liability for

     prints used in load-bearing, medical, electrical, or safety-critical

     applications.

 GOVERNING LAW

  These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be subject

     to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.

By accepting this quote and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read,

understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
