Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us for repair, replacement, or account credit, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from 3DREANIMATION.

Preparing Your Products for a Return

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible, please follow these steps when returning your products:

• Package your products safely and securely for protection during transit.
• Clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel.
• Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

Unwanted Products

You can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

• It is not missing any accessories or parts.
• It is unused and in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
• It is not one of the products listed below.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an unwanted product. After 30 days, you can only return a product if it is defective.

Products Not Eligible for Returns

The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit:

• Products marked "Final Sale".
• Products that have been personalized for you or made to your specifications.
• Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
• Products that are missing any accessories or parts.
